We are thrilled to announce calling for abstracts of the 2nd Graduate Student Government Association (GSGA) Annual Research Conference has been extended! Building on the success of last year's inaugural event, this year's conference promises to be even more dynamic and enriching, offering graduate students the opportunity to showcase their remarkable research and scholarship.

New Deadline: February 16, 2025

We invite graduate students from all disciplines to submit their research abstracts for consideration. This is your chance to present your work to the broader campus community and contribute to the vibrant scholarly dialogue at ODU. Abstracts must be submitted no later than midnight on February 16, 2025, using this submission link.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Click “submit event” and log into the Digital Commons account.

  • Review the submission agreement.

  • Include your name, any co-authors, project title, and a 500-word (maximum) abstract.
